Defense Attorney for Camden County Juvenile Charges

Any juvenile charged with delinquency or arrested in Camden County NJ whose family lives in Camden County will have their case heard in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Camden. For some very minor offenses, the matter may be diverted to either a Juvenile Justice Committee Conference or a Referee Hearing. These diversionary programs usually lead to the charges being dismissed so long as the juvenile abides by certain rules.

For more serious matters, the juvenile will be scheduled for a formal hearing before a Superior Court Judge. I have defended juveniles against a wide variety of criminal offenses in  New Jersey Juvenile Courts. Call us anytime to discuss your child’s case.
