The reports included 121 murders, 170 rapes; 2,708 robberies, 2,282 assaults; 4,689 burglaries; 5,335 incidents of domestic violence, 15 bias crimes, and 3,428 cases of police force. This makes Essex the county in the state with the highest number of crimes, except domestic violence (4th place).and bias crimes (among the lowest).
