Middlesex Municipal Court, also known as Middlesex DUI Court, has original jurisdiction over DWI arrests, disorderly persons offenses, petty disorderly offenses and traffic tickets. Middlesex Borough is not to be confused with the Superior Court for Middlesex County, located in New Brunswick. Middlesex Borough is patrolled by Middlesex Borough Police. The police dispatch time log, known as the Computer Automated Dispatch Report (CAD) should also be requested, along with the Data Downloads from the breath testing machine. The Data Downloads are only downloaded every six months, which may delay your case.
